Announcement for COOL MUSCLE (CM1) New Function

This is to announce the new function of COOL MUSCLE (CM1) together with the motor sticker design renewal.

1. Motor Sticker
Motor sticker changed for CM1-11S30A, CM1-11L30A

2. New function “Low voltage detection function” added to K80
■Low voltage detection function
Low voltage detection level can be set by K80.
When power source voltage becomes lower than K80, “Ux=2048”, low voltage alarm will be published and the motor shaft goes into a motor free status (servo OFF).
When K80 value is Odd: Enable “Low voltage detection function”
When K80 value is Even: Disable “Low voltage detection function”

3. Range of K55 changed

The range of in-position signal will be expanded in order to avoid the case in which CM1 can't detect the narrow in-position range because of the high resolution set by K37.

The maximum value of the in-position range depends on the value of K37 resolution. Please make sure the K55 value is below the value of the upper table, otherwise in-position wouldn’t be detected properly.

About Compatibility

This function addition has an upper compatibility from the current revision. There is no need to reconsider the current settings because of this function addition.
